Item Description

Sequoia Sempervirens reproduces both by seed and by buddng. The base of the tree supports multiple trunks and often areas occur where stemstarts are densely packed. A warehouse of birdseyes. Fresh cut sections placed in shallow water will sprout. This grain is exciting as it curls and swirls about the eyes. Then it feathers and flares when one cuts through it. And it all just bristles with mathematics.

This beautiful hand turned redwood burl vase by Sam Lefkowitz stands 6.5" tall, with a 3.5" waistline.

The clean finished lines and organic patterns of the wood are sure to add a touch of elegance to any home.

Item Special Note

Sales tax will be charged as required by law. If item cannot be picked up in Guerneville CA, additional shipping charges will apply.
