Endless Mountain Outfitters has generously donated a Four Person Kayak Paddle on the Susquehanna River to the WVIA Public Media.
The staff of EMO are knowledgeable about the Susquehanna River and place an emphasis on river safety. The perfect place for the novice, intermediate, or expert paddler. While you're there, check out their supply of kayaks, life preservers, paddles, and various other merchandise that will make a day on the river an unforgetable trip.
Join us for a day on the river with one of our regular scheduled trips. Meet us at our store in Sugar Run on Rte 187. From Sugar Run we can take you 5, 7.5, 15, or 18 miles up river. From there you float back to the shop in Sugar Run. The time of each trip varies by the height of the river. Click on our River Conditions tab to get the most up to date water levels and weather.
Daily River Trips:
1. Terry Town to Sugar Run: 5 miles
2. Homets Ferry to Sugar Run: 7.5 miles
3. Durrell to Sugar Run: 15 miles
4. Wysox to Sugar Run: 18 miles
Or start at EMO and paddle:
- Sugar Run to Laceyville: 8 miles
Tunkhannock weekend trips are being scheduled and will meet at the Tunkhannock Riverside Park.
Other options for day trips are:
1. Mehoopany to Tunkhannock
2. Tunkhannock to Falls
3. Paddle on the Tunkhannock Creek.

This item is designated as Shipping and will have a shipping cost of $3.00 added to the winning final bid price. Shipping may be combined with other items to reduce winners shipping fees if multiple items are won by the same bidder. Arrangements can also be made for pick-up at the station if preferred but you must contact us at 570.602.1122 or wviaauction@wvia.org if you prefer this option. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
