To make reservation using your complimentary gift certificate, please call 972-367-6354 on weekdays from 8 am to 5pm. Use of this certificate is based on availability. Valid only with a reservation made through the Sales Office. Holiday's and Certain Blackout Dates are excluded. Please have your certificate number and information ready. We will then check the availability of your requested dates and email you with the confirmation number.

Hotel stays are subject to availability; cannot be extended beyond the specified expiration date; and require advance registration, notification of certificate use at the time of reservation, and presentation of original documentation upon arrival. A credit card may be required to confirm a reservation. Lost or stolen vouchers/certificates cannot be replaced. Only those services listed in the item description are included. Incidentals will be the responsibility of the guest. Since some blackout dates may apply (especially during holidays and special event periods), THLA recommends that our bidders have a few redemption dates in mind in order to avoid disappointment. THLA cannot confirm the availability of specific dates or rooms. Availability must be established with individual hotels.
