Item Description
Why order out when you can prepare fresh, top-quality (even healthy!) pizza yourself, at home? It's much easier than you think, and more fun, too!
Cambridge School of Culinary Arts graduate (’94) Tom Regan will host you at his home near Oak Square, Brighton for a one-on-one lesson in making excellent pizza in your own kitchen. Tom, relying on information from Christopher Kimball of Milk Street Kitchens, has learned the secret to making consistently GREAT pizza crust at home, *every* time. We'll make and shape pizza dough, move on to toppings and recipes, and then enjoy freshly-made “ ’za ” when we’re done. You can even invite a friend or two, to make it into a pizza party. You’ll leave with a bevy of techniques, recipes, and inspiration!
Item Special Note
This offering includes recipes and techniques from well-known cookbook author and bread baker Peter Reinhart.
