Item Description
The is a simply gorgeous Pinot Noir from the high elevated Estate Vineyard in Fort Ross-Seaview. The wine opens with a ripe bouquet of red cherries and red raspberries laced with Asian spices and ash. This leads to vivid flavors of red cherry, pomegranate seed and blood orange. it possesses a wonderful texture with lovely minerality with a saline streak. This fantastic Pinot Noir will age gracefully for a decade or more.
Red Car's small production lots and winemaking style utilize wild yeasts, natural acidity and gravity flow to produce wines of complexity, finesse and balance.
