Item Description
Do you want to improve your photography skills?
Do you want to be able to take fabulous photographs of our wonderful city?!
Washington Photo Safari will make sure that you can, so bid on these two (2) spots for this half-day "Monuments and Memorials" safaris for you and a friend.
This photo training excursion is offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year. E. David Luria, your instructor, takes you to some of D.C.’s most popular attractions: the White House; Lafayette Park; the Lincoln, Korean, and Vietnam Three Servicemen Memorials; and Union Station, where you learn to make all the moving people DISAPPEAR!
The safari begins with a 45-minute travel photography orientation, giving you basic tips in composition, F-stops and shutter speeds, portraiture, and interior photography. While you are taking postcard-quality photos, you receive hands-on guidance on how to make those images even better!
This is one of the largest photo training programs in the country, having conducted over 4,900 photo safaris since 1999 for 34,700 participants--9,800 of whom have come back for two or more safaris. They have been awarded Trip Advisor's Certificate of Excellence four years in a row, due to highly favorable customer reviews, and are also ranked by Trip Advisor among the top ten of D.C.'s 49 outdoor activities.
Item Special Note
Safaris by reservation only.
Note: This is for two (2) people to participate on the same day/time.
