Item Description

Enjoy this collection of 6 individual bottles of assorted wines:

Old Pearl Cabernet California - Red 2015
Old Pearl is a collection of wines crafted In honor of our beloved dogs. While each of the dogs hold a special place in our lives, Pearl has truly become a part of our family. Keeping the sheep safe from predators, our livestock protection dogs have played an integral role in our sustainable farming practices. May you enjoy this wine with your family and along side your best dog.
Bold flavors of blackberry and cherry, dried herbs and soft oak tannins envelope this wine. Will pair well with mild to moderate flavored cheese, peppery steaks or chops, and vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, chard, and escarole.

Yllera Tempranillo Spain
Dark cherry red color, clean, brilliant. Elegant fruity bouquet blended with hints of vanilla, spices, cacao, toast, and very light tones of mint. Meaty in the mouth, with well integrated tannins and a long, persistent finish. Serve with red meats (steaks and chops) and white meats (lamb, turkey, chicken), vegetable stews, Iberian cured meats, and cured and semi-cured cheeses.

La Fortuna Malbec 2014 - Organic
Malbec is a black-skinned grape variety native to southwestern France (specifically the area around Cahors), but now better known as the iconic wine grape of Argentina.

Dagamo Barbera Italy - Organic
Raw Wine Fair Favorites, the Mongardi family of Emilia Romagna make farm biodynmically and make wine in the old way, with native yeasts mostly fermented and aged in Tuscan terracotta amphora.  The Dagamo is 100% Barbera and is a picture of rusticity and freshness with good dark fruit concentration and minerality, very drinkable and very food friendly.

Voerzio Martini Barbera Italy
Vibrant ruby red color with hints of purple tones. An abundance of red fruits on the nose —plum, blackberry, fresh jam. Notes of sweet fruit, vanilla and pomegranate create a harmonious balance on the palate.

Domaine Philemon Gaillac Rouge South West France
The wine fills the room with wildly aromatic scents of wildflowers, root bark, dusty cinnamon, peppery cured meats and ferrous soil. Earthy on the attack with fine tannins and complex suggestions of ground cinnamon and sassafras tea, the wine fleshes out mid-palate to add meaty notes of salumi alongside elderberry fruit. Don’t be afraid, but rather beguiled, by all these wild descriptors: this is a delicious, compelling, medium-bodied red that begs you to pour it with pulled pork, grilled meats and vegetables, roast game, braised rabbit and mild semi-firm cheeses. A must-try selection!
