Four session package of 1-hour Skype Counseling or Consulting with Jean Kristeller, Ph.D., drawing on Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT); includes copy of “The Joy of Half a Cookie” and CD-set. This program will provide an in-depth personalized introduction to MB-EAT, either for your own personal practice or to assist you in working with clients, drawing from this approach and material. The MB-EAT program is applicable to a very wide range of issues, from wishing to develop a better relationship with eating to struggling with binge eating disorder and/or significant weight issues. Jean Kristeller, Ph.D. is a health psychologist and co-founder of TCME with many years of both clinical and research work with eating disorders, obesity and meditation practice. Her doctorate in psychology was from Yale University and her post-graduate work in behavioral medicine and mindfulness meditation was at Harvard Medical School and at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
