Item Description
Calling all NASCAR fans! Spend Saturday at the races for Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Qualifying at Sonoma Raceway, on June 23, 2018 (date subject to change, check www.sonomaraceway.com for updates). You and a guest will enjoy Toyota/Save Mart 350 qualifying featuring NASCAR's hottest stars Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, and Danica Patrick, in their only visit to Northern California. Saturday also features the NASCAR West Series 64-lap race. This day is full of high-octane action.
Winner must send in certificate to Sonoma Raceways by May 25, 2018 in order to redeem tickets. The Advancement Office will coordinate with winning bidder certificate pick up (preferred) or mailing.
Winner will receive a certificate for two tickets to the race on June 23, 2018. The certificate cannot be redeemed for a different event. Certificate must be completed and mailed to the Sonoma Raceway by May 25, 2018 to redeem. Return the entire original gift certificate - photo copies, faxes, etc. will not be processed. The certificate cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets will be mailed to you two to four weeks prior to the event.

Rules and Restrictions
- Items are offered for bidding as is and cannot be returned once sold.
- All sales are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the donor.
- Auction items may be withdrawn by CAIS at any time.
- Winner must send in certificate to Sonoma Racways by May 25, 2018 in order to redeem tickets. The Advancement Office will coordinate with winning bidder certificate pick up (preferred) or mailing.
- If an item larger than a letter must be shipped to the winner, the winner is responsible for the cost of packaging plus the cost of shipping via USPS Priority Mail. These fees will be charged to the credit card on file for the bidder. CAIS is not responsible for items that may be lost during transit.
- CAIS and the item’s donor will not be liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, or liability arising out of or in any way resulting from any property, services, or other items included in this auction.
- All winners will receive a receipt from CAIS.
