Item Description
This museum quality Casas Grande pot is made by the internationally famous Quezada family of Central Chihuahua.
The pots they make are a revival of the old Casas Grandes pots from 700 to 1000 years ago. They are made by the descendants of the original potters. The pots are built, painted and fired in the old way. In the same region many old pots are dug up with the same designs as these. Featured by many museums and galleries as some of the finest pottery made today.
