Using skills grounded in Shambhala meditation, emotional intelligence and current neuroscience (especially interpersonal neurobiology), participants will train in increasing their capacity for mindsight*, interoception, presencing, empathy, compassion, deep listening, rapport, genuine dialogue and resonant leadership.
