Austin Shambhala Meditation center Presents:
Social Transformation program with: Fleet Maul
(the calendar says  March 24 - 25, public talk on  March 23, is included):

This program will be a meditation-based, experiential weekend intensive designed to prepare participants to address our toughest social, cultural, environmental and political challenges from the perspective of the sacredness of our world and the innate basic goodness of all beings. Using skills grounded in Shambhala meditation, emotional intelligence and current neuroscience (especially interpersonal neurobiology), participants will train in increasing their capacity for mindsight*, interoception, presencing, empathy, compassion, deep listening, rapport, genuine dialogue and resonant leadership. We will explore the meaning of unconditional confidence and discover the bravery and fearlessness needed to face our toughest challenges with open heartedness, compassion, skillful means and wisdom.
