PRIZE INCLUDES: A certificate for a 5-day, 4-night stay in standard hotel accommodation at either Laguna Suite Golf & Spa or Ocean Spa Hotel in Cancun, Mexico for a family of four.

RESTRICTIONS: The vacation certificate must be registered with the resort company within six months of the auction closing date, but there is otherwise no expiration. (Registration is done by connecting with the resort reservations department so they know you are the winning bidder for this particular certificate; actual booking may happen later on)

The certificate covers two adults (age 30-70) and two children (age 12 and under).

The winning bidder will be responsible for a $89 reservation fee and $110 in hotel taxes, to be paid at time of reservation.  An additional fee of $199 applies to reservations during holidays. The vacation certificate is valid for accommodations only; however, when booking you may inquire about available upgrades or other modifications to the vacation offer like additional nights. 

During their stay, the winning bidder may opt to attend a VIP breakfast to learn about the resort's vacation ownership club.  Those who choose to attend are offered additional benefits, such as special promotions, discounts, fine dining, tour tickets, nightclub passes or return airport transportation.  RSVP to a breakfast with the concierge upon arrival; the breakfast is entirely optional.

PLEASE NOTE: In order prevent credit card fraud, if the winning bid exceeds $1,000, The Drama League of New York will require a signed credit card authorization form, a photocopy of both sides of the purchasing credit card (all but the last 4 digits may be blacked out), and proof of identity (state-issued photo ID – private ID numbers may be blacked out), OR payment via check or money order before arranging the prize package for the winner.
