Item Description
Since 1960, Sewataro, located in Sudbury, MA, has been sharing the joys of traditional day camping with boys and girls ages 3 -15.
In an atmosphere that is unplugged, and group-oriented, the programming is diverse and challenging. Values such as teamwork, fair play, cooperation, and sportsmanship, are instilled and encouraged. This helps build self-confidence and a sense of community, resulting in children who come away feeling good about themselves and believing they have something valuable to offer others.
From our Sprouts pre-school program to our CIT program, campers are exposed to our beautiful, fifty-five acre, northwoods setting, including swimming pond, four pools, boating pond, zipline, rock wall, low and high ropes courses, music studio, tennis courts, golf, paintball and archery range.
Lunch service is available. Transportation is available from Boston, Cambridge and the Metro West area. Our campers gather from as close by as Acton, Brookline, Concord, Sudbury, and Winchester, and as far away as Beijing, Paris, Madrid, Mexico and Columbia. Sewataro is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA).
