Certificate Winner is provided "room only" accommodations for up to two rooms for 7 nights (double occupancy). The price of this item does not include the mandatory supplemental fee of $125 per person/per night plus 12.5% government tax. 

The supplemental fee includes: All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks) all beverages including alcohol (name-brand liquors, house wine by the glass, Caribbean beers, tropical coolers & soft drinks by the glass) welcome cocktail upon arrival, daily activities and entertainment, six swimming pools, non-motorized water sports (windsurfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, Hobie Cat sailing, pedal boating and sunfish sailing) tennis with equipment, use of fitness center, Kid's Club, all gratuities and service charges.

St. James's Club & Villas is set in one of Antigua's posh areas, yet the ambience is low-key and comfortably casual. Here, it's easy to disappear from the world or to fill your days with outdoor-oriented activities, including tennis, water sports, deep-sea fishing or joining in the games for kids of all ages. Four restaurants range from casual waterside dining to romantic settings with panoramic views and eclectic menu offerings to please every palate. Wind down with a cocktail and listen to a live band; take in lively entertainment.

The price of this item does not include the mandatory supplemental fee of $125+ tax per person per night based on double occupancy. Additional peak season surcharge of $50 per person, per night applies Dec 21-Jan 3 & Feb 1-24. The supplemental fee includes:

- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks) all beverages including alcohol (name-brand liquor by the glass), daily activities program and entertainment, non-motorized water sports, tennis, use of club's fitness center, all gratuities and service charges.

- Guests may upgrade to a higher room category for as little as $40+ tax per room, per night.

- Air transportation is not included
