Item Description
Winner will receive a $100 gift certificate to IK Gymnastics to be used towards camp or classes.
The “IK” stands for Irina Kudina, the founder, owner and operator of this new facility. Irina is a former member of the Junior Soviet Union Team, Champion of Ukraine in artistic gymnastics, Master of Sport of International Category, World Champion and three-time Soviet Union All-Around Champion in sports acrobatics. Irina received a special award from the Olympic Committee of Ukraine for the “great contribution to the Soviet sport development” (1980) and earned the title of Honored Coach of Ukraine (1999) for her students’ achievements as All-around World Champion, European and National Champions in sport Acrobatics. For 10 years, Irina has been the head coach of Lake Shore Academy girls’ team in Chicago where her students have excelled at the state, regional and national levels.
Now Irina has assembled an all-star group of professionals to lead the most unique classes around. Our 16,000+ square foot state-of-the-art training facility has everything to make kids of different ages, interests and abilities feel healthy, happy and accomplished! IKG offers Early Age Gymnastics starting from 20 months old. Our recreational classes have their own, specially designed gym area with access to beams, bars, vault, floor, a foam pit, inflatable Tumble Track and ramp, and an inclined floor.
