Item Description
Own a piece of DeSales history with this beautifully turned bowl on a wood lathe by DeSales alumni, Bob Reilly, class of 1978. The wood is from the oak tree removed on Laughlin Avenue for the electrical power for the stadium. The coloration in the wood is from different densities of wood that naturally occur and from the sugars in the tree that rise to nourish the leaves. The bowl is finished with several coats of wipe-on polyurethane. Both decorative and functional, this bowl will be a lasting memento of DeSales recent progress. Dimensions are 9.5” in diameter and 4.5” in height.
Item Special Note
