Gluten Detective recommends:
- Use the Urine Test after a major exposure to determine if you accidentally ingested gluten, or to determine if a gluten-containing ingredient was unexpectedly used in your food
- Use the Stool Test weekly or periodically to determine if you are inadvertently ingesting small amounts of hidden gluten, or 2-6 days after a suspected ingestion to verify accidental consumption of small amounts of gluten
