The Culinary Institute of America is the resource for enthusiasts. They have it all—classes, award-winning restaurants, cookbooks, and culinary equipment. And for the lucky winner of this lot, a Wine Enthusiast Class for four people.
Wine tasting classes are offered every Saturday at The Tasting Bar at the CIA at Greystone, located in beautiful St. Helena. Come take a taste of the world of wine, with interesting topics like sparkling wine; pairing wine with chocolate, cheese, and olive oil; and wine tasting techniques. These one-hour Tasting Bar classes are informal, informative, and fun!
Not only can you take a wine tasting class at the CIA at Greystone, you can also tour their historic building and grounds. Join them for a few experiences, or just the Tasting.
