About Carol
Carol has a life-long passion for movement and exercise, from childhood dance and athletics, to studying physical education and health in college, to over 20 years of horseback riding, to ongoing Ballroom Dance. She fell in love with GYROTONIC® Exercise during her first lesson and found it so rewarding and therapeutic she knew that she had to share it with others. Carol brings to her teaching an extensive knowledge of sports and exercise, a broad background in health and wellness, and her love and enthusiasm for sharing these passions with others. Her goal is to help her clients enhance their overall quality of lifeby increasing body-awareness, enabling movement with greater strength, flexibility and ease, and providing an outlet for deeply stored tension in the body in a stress-free environment.
