The Rose Bowl Aquatics Center is a world-class aquatics facility located in Pasadena's beautiful Brookside Park, just south of the famous Rose Bowl Stadium. The Center offers year-round programming for the young to the young-at-heart.
Lap swim is a low-impact exercise appropriate for swimmers of all levels and abilities.
Lanes are dedicated to lap swimming in the Competition Pool and the Recreational Pool seven days a week year-round, and are under lifeguard supervision at all times. The number of lanes for lap swimming varies according to scheduled activities in each pool.
