Pure Barre is more than just a workout; it's a lifestyle. At Pure Barre, women share a sense of community in which they are inspired and empowered by each other's fitness and lifestyle goals.
Each Pure Barre class begins with a warm-up in the center of the room, on the floor, and then standing with light weights to work those arm muscles. You'll then move to the barre to work out your thighs and your seat. After the seat work, you'll do a series of ab exercises, followed by a cool down. While the flow of class is always the same, they are always changing the music and exercises, so you never experience the same class twice!*
I highly recommend Pure Barre for anyone looking to tone and lengthen muscles. The staff at Pure Barre Beverly Hills is kind, super friendly, and eager to make you feel at home... - Samantha D., YELP
This is an intense class, no muscle goes untouched! You don't sweat much, but believe me, you feel everything really working inside. I would call is a smart workout. The instructor was phenomenal. The studio has a friendly environment... I felt very comfortable... I totally recommend everyone to try it. - Mayra P., YELP
