This apartment is within walking distance of 8 of 10 top city restaurants, more than 15 art galleries, the Petit Champlain walking and shopping streets, the funicular to take you up the mountain to Old Quebec and the famous Vieux-Port Farmers Market is across the street. Visit during the Winter Festival that includes giant snow sculptures and ice bars with glasses made of ice. Quebec City is on every world-wide must-see list for the Christmas Holiday decorations. Summer weather is cool and lovely, a great break from NYC’s oppressive heat, and Autumn is a feast of multi-color pumpkins, a crazy variety of rare apples and perfect sunny days.

Week stay is for 6 nights and 7 days. No smoking and no more than 4 guests. There are has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a fireplace and washer/dryer. There is 24-hour pay public parking across from the apartment. No internet or TV, but there is a DVD player and Bose Radio/CD player. Mutually agreeable date.
