Item Description
Jim Westover, Principal with William Duff Architects, will meet with you at your house to discuss design options for remodels or new construction. Jim will also evaluate applicable planning and building codes to determine viable design solutions. Jim provides direct oversight of all of WDA’s residential projects, preparing a strategy to achieve each of our client’s unique goals, and personally manages select high-end residential projects.
Jim is a California state licensed architect and a LEED accredited professional with over 28 years of experience in architecture and interiors. Innovate, iterate, collaborate—these are the hallmarks of WDA’s process and design services for every project we develop. We design warm modernism for residences, original, business-savvy design for commercial and restaurant spaces, and crafted, strategic brand architecture for retail concept and flagship projects. Common in our approach to all projects is a passion for materiality and the tactile qualities of space, a responsiveness to context and siting, and the integration of sustainability principles.
