Item Description
The winner of this package will receive a hardback copy of Lost Blood: An Eyewitness Account of the Sabra & Shatila Massacre by Marco Abraham
This book contains explicit accounts of the atrocities committed against the refugees of Sabra and Shatila camps in 1982 in Lebanon by the only eyewitness to have survived and written a book about the horrors. It is a minute by minute account of the brutal killings of the refugees of the camps. Mr. Abraham is extremely proud to be an American citizen and is determined to share his story and show that the western democracies with their values and freedoms are indeed "heaven" and more importantly, to attempt to make us all understand that peace is not only desired and hoped for but a desperate necessity. In his words, "We are all brothers. We are all capable of making decisions and please let those decisions steer our world to peace."
