Fitness has become way too complicated. Bodies by Colotti started changing people’s outlook on fitness and their lives in August 2016. We’re here to help you reach your goals as simply as possible. For each individual, we develop a program that meets your needs and how your body reacts to exercise. Our future is bright, and we look forward to helping many more people change their outlook on fitness.
Juli Colotti is the Owner and Exercise Physiologist at Bodies by Colotti. She got involved with fitness at a very young age. From the minute she could walk, she was playing soccer and baseball. As an active child, Juli wanted to be involved in fitness as a career. Battling weight and health issues herself at a young age she learned firsthand how important fitness and nutrition were.
