Along with watching the spectacular action on the track, you can stroll through the historic grounds of the world's most legendary racetrack and enjoy the ambiance of one of the most hallowed shrines in American Sport.

Horse racing in Kentucky is rich in history, dating back to 1789 when the first race course was laid out in Lexington. Almost 100 years later, in 1875, Churchill Downs officially opened and began its tradition as "Home of the Kentucky Derby."

Churchill Downs
VIP Private Jockey Club Suite – Enjoy a luxurious Jockey Club Suite for up to 10 people. Your luxury suite is appointed with a private balcony providing a panoramic view of the racetrack, a self-service wagering machine, a wet bar and first class service (food and beverage costs not included). Parking is included in designated lot (Gate 10).

Race Named in Your Honor & Trophy Presentation - Step into the Trackside Winner's Circle at Churchill Downs! A race will be named in your honor and your personalized race name will be listed in the program. You and your guests will be escorted into the Paddock for the saddling prior to your race. After viewing the selected race from trackside, you will step into the Trackside Winner's Circle and present a trophy engraved with your name to the winning owner, jockey or trainer. You will also receive a duplicate trophy and an 8" x 10" color photograph taken in the Winner's Circle to take home as a memento.

Valid for the Spring (May and June), September, or Fall (November) Meets, subject to availability. Not valid during Derby Week (last weekend of April through first weekend of May), or on premium dates such as Opening Weeks, Downs After Dark (select Saturday evenings), and major holidays. Dates subject to change.

Roseheights Estate (Louisville)
Enjoy a 2-night stay for up to 10 people at Roseheights, a renovated historic custom designed home situated on one of the most elite streets in the city in the prestigious Highlands/Cherokee Gardens neighborhood, just blocks from restaurants, nightlife and shops. This beautifully appointed three-story home has five bedrooms, four full and two half-bathrooms, workout room, huge game room with pool table, bright sun room and large private pool in a beautifully landscaped backyard. Not available during Derby Week.

Built in 1901, Roseheights was designed by the same architects who built the famed Twin Spires at Churchill Downs. Previously owned by the Mayor of Louisville and Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky, this prestigious home has been host to many notable figures in U.S. history, including Pulitzer Prize winning writer Carl Sandberg, First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, Presidential Candidate Adlai Stevenson, and Presidents Truman and Johnson.

Roseheights sits on the edge of one of the region's prettiest parks, Frederick Olmstead-designed Cherokee Park. Additionally, the house is a short 15 minute drive from Valhalla Golf Course, 10 minutes from Churchill Downs and just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in the city, including the ever-expanding "urban bourbon" trail.

Southern Style Country Brunch
Enjoy a classic Southern brunch for 10 prepared and served by a local chef in the Roseheights kitchen. Let the chef suggest some regional favorites or help create the menu that will be served one morning during your stay.
