Created to honor Henry David Thoreau’s 200 Birthday, Wee Forest Folk's Willy created this mouse miniature. Born on July 12, 1817 Thoreau was an author, naturalist, teacher and historian.
In "Walden," Thoreau wrote, “Time is but the stream I go a-fishing in,” which is the inspiration for this sculpture.
Meticulously hand painted and finished with a satin glaze. Signed and numbered by the artist and limited to 300. 1.5”h x 2”w x 1.75”d
