Josh Mitchell has kept Napa Valley happy by creating memorable meals for many years. His repertoire is wide, and his food divine. Born and raised here in the Napa Valley, Josh has worked with some of the most respected professional kitchens including Auberge du Soleil, Bistro Jeanty, the CIA and Meadowood. The Carneros Inn, AdHoc, SolBar and JoLe have all been graced by Josh Mitchell’s presence.
Josh now has his own commercial kitchen and catering company, dedicated to the Napa Valley aesthetic. He grows most of his own weekly produce, and raises rare breeds of heritage hogs to be used at his table. He makes his own charcuterie and cheese. He caters, does pop-up dinners, has a new take-out business and does the cooking for many, many happy hostesses.
