Two night rental plus cleaning at this 3 bedroom 2 bath river cottage in Healdsburg, CA 

Located at the apex of Fitch Mountain this riverfront home is 2.75 miles from Healdsburg's Central Square and a stone's throw from the famous Russian River. There is a small front patio and two very large decks with river and tree views. The main house has a small remodeled kitchen with dining area, a nice sized living room with wood burning stove, two lovely bedrooms and one full bath with shower. The lower level is an ample sized bedroom with sitting area and a large bath again with a shower. There are decks on both levels. Stairs to the wooded garden and rocky beach. During the summer months there is a beach palapa on the beach for guests of the house outfitted with chairs and lounges.

There is central heat upstairs, and a space heater down. Dishwasher in kitchen. Kayak and canoe available. Maximum occupancy 6

All bids must be secured by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Bids are not reversible. All items sold are "as is" and all sales are final. Winners will be notified via email after the auction closes with acknowledgement of donation/purchase including amount. The email confirmation will include the Monroe Elementary School PTA tax ID number to be used for tax purposes. In-person pickup will be available on the afternoon of Saturday, March 10th, in the Excelsior District in San Francisco. Other times for in-person pickup can be arranged. Shipping within the continental United States is available for all items unless stated otherwise above. The Monroe Elementary PTA will not be responsible for any shipping or handling charges for any online auction items and winning bidders requesting shipping will be charged accordingly. The Monroe Elementary PTA will use USPS for shipping and will add the cost of Priority Mail Flat Rate, which ranges from $6.70 to $18.90, depending on the size of the item(s) to be shipped. For winning bidders that request shipping for gift cards and certificates, $3 will be added for mailing costs.
