Item Description

The Sacramento Southern Railroad is operated in Old Sacramento and located on the corner of Front and J Streets. Your vouchers are valid for coach seating on a trip during the regular operating season, which runs on weekends April through September. During your trip you will enjoy a six-mile, 40 minute roundtrip ride along the Sacramento River.

The train departs hourly from 11:00 am through 4:00 pm, however, the schedule is subject to change and it is recommended that you call 916-445-5995 on the Friday prior to your planned visit to confirm the operating schedule.

You must turn in your vouchers for tickets to the train. To get your tickets, bring your vouchers to the Sacramento Southern Railroad Ticket Office on the day of your planned train ride. Seating is first-come, first-served and is based on availability. Vouchers do not guarantee seating. The vouchers exclude special trains and tickets events and are not valid for California State Railroad Museum admission. 

The ticket office is open from 10:30 am through 4:00 pm and it is recommended that you pick up your tickets at least 30 minutes piro to your preferred departure time.

Item Special Note

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, March 20 to Friday, April 6, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for spring break from March 26 to March 30.) Items not picked up by April 6 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, March 20, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by March 19 if you plan to pick up.

Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
