Win two tickets to experience the incredibly unique and engrossing production of Sweeney Todd at the Barrow Street Theatre, which was just extended by popular demand through August 26!

The tickets in this prize do not include pie, but the winner and guest may order pies separately and at an additional cost of $22.50 for the chicken or veggie pie, and $29 for the Beef Wellington. Each includes a side of potatoes and parsley sauce (known as Liquor) and each pie also comes with one drink.

About Sweeney Todd

The Tooting Arts Club first staged this immersive and intimate production of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler’s iconic musical thriller Sweeney Todd in 2014, at Harrington’s–London’s oldest working pie and mash shop. Now, transported all the way from South London, the production (along with Harrington’s) has found its New York home within the walls of the Barrow Street Theatre.

SYNOPSIS: A barber who was unjustly imprisoned for years by a corrupt judge returns to England bent on revenge — a revenge that turns indiscriminately murderous, leading his resourceful accomplice, Mrs. Lovett, to bake the victims into meat pies.

PRIZE: Two (2) tickets to a performance of Sweeney Todd at The Barrow Street Theatre, in spring 2018.

RESTRICTIONS:  Tickets are available for performances through August 26, 2018.  Due to a limited number of seats in the venue, booking well in advance is strongly recommended.

Prize does not include pie, but the winner may add pie to their theater experience by purchasing in advance.  The additional cost per pie is $22.50 for the chicken or veggie options, and $29 for the Beef Wellington option.  Each pie comes with a side of potatoes, parsley sauce, and one drink.

PLEASE NOTE: In order prevent credit card fraud, if the winning bid exceeds $1,000, The Drama League of New York will require a signed credit card authorization form, a photocopy of both sides of the purchasing credit card (all but the last 4 digits may be blacked out), and proof of identity (state-issued photo ID – private ID numbers may be blacked out), OR payment via check or money order before arranging the prize package for the winner.
