$68 towards any skincare/waxing service with Shelley at Atelier Emmanuel
Now in our 14th year, we are a high-end French Hair Salon & Day Spa located next to Union Square, in San Francisco.
We prize craftsmanship in the art of Beauty, and maintain an atmosphere that is professional, yet approachable.
Shelley Costantini has worked in the beauty industry since 1992, beginning as a make-up artist prior to becoming a licensed cosmetologist and esthetician in the highly competitive Washington DC, Metropolitan area. A cult-like following and clientele followed, which included politicians, actresses Anna Deveare-Smith and Betty White, and CNN on-air journalists including David Gregory and Christiane Amanpour. She also diversified her experience by participating in the product design and development for a cosmetics line for Universal Esthetics, Inc.
At the start of the millennium, Shelley brought her barely-there bikini waxes and skin care experience out west. In 2002 she opened BellaPelle Skin Studio. Shelley rapidly established a diverse and loyal following who appreciated her in-depth understanding of the relationship between skin, bone structure, health and beauty. She received instant recognition from fashion magazines like Allure, InStyle and Lucky, plus a nomination for The Best of the Bay Area in the SF Magazine.
After 12 years in downtown San Francisco, Shelley closed BellaPelle. We are happy to have her on-board, providing skin care for our clients.
Shelley was recently named one of the “Best Bay Area beauty finds” by the SF Chronicle.
