We have spent more than a year, perfecting just the right taste made for pasteurization. We bottle pasteurized at just the right moment to lock-in and maintain the best possible flavor. Coastal is ready to travel wherever you might go. Coastal creates a mood and atmosphere that is akin to setting amongst the majestic coastal redwood. Hence the name “Coastal”. 1. 1 bottle of Coastal Ginjo (375 ml)
A calming, sweet aroma, yet dry on the palate, with a refreshing aroma of green apple. A refined taste that is complimented with a mild acidity. Works well with a variety of foods, such as seafood or pasta. Serve on ice for a picnic or warmed for those cold winter nights.

2. 1 bottle of Coastal Genshu (375 ml)
Rich, earthy, and full bodied, this junmai genshu holds nothing back it’s a flavorful sake. Nice for pairing with similarly spicy foods, e.g. curries or charcuterie. Serve chilled, just below room temperature will bring out the buttery texture or warmed to enhance its bold flavor.
