Three one-on-one 1 hour sessions of athletic training/conditioning with former Synergy Alumni Kailan Claiborne (current D-1 track athlete at Seattle University and 6 years experience as youth sports coach at Olympic Club).
Great for youth ages 6-18, athletes looking to improve speed, strengthening, and conditioning for all sports. But also great for non-athletes interested in exercise, conditioning, and well-being.
