You can find that movement hidden in every exercise in the Pilates repertoire and Jay will help guide you into experiencing that idea in your body. In this Mat-focused workshop, Jay will demonstrate how to do a “true” Double Leg Pull. And how, through understanding this movement, you can find profound connection and tackle any exercise that is thrown your way.
