Item Description
We will cover digestive health, endochrine health and epigenetics as they relate to you. Before our consultation you will complete a detailed questionnaire, which I will review in advance. This will enable me to focus on and specifically target your personal barriers to health.
You will leave the consult with a lot of new knowledge as it relates to health and how disease takes hold in the body, and more importantly, how to prevent or reverse it. You will be given some action points you can adopt immediately and a road map outlining where you should be focusing your attention going forward.
The practice of Functional Nutrition is predicated on the knowledge that your body has an innate ability to heal itself, given the right conditions.
Rather than focusing simply on the symptoms (which are often far removed from the root cause) we work together to peel back the layers and determine where and when the root causation occurred.
We then put together a customized protocol to address the initial cause of imbalance that lead to the symptoms you are experiencing. We do of course work with you to alleviate symptoms in tandem with this deeper healing.
This consult would be particularly useful if you experience any of the following;
Fatigue, unexplained weight loss or gain, inability to lose weight, digestive issues, headaches, food sensitivities, insomnia, apathy or lack of motivation, joint pain, muscle loss, a general feeling of “getting old before your time” or if you have been diagnosed with a chronic condition particularly autoimmune related.
