PlumpJack Winery Tasting for Four + PlumpJack Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.5L
PlumpJack Winery sits squarely in the heart of Napa Valley's renowned Oakville region, surrounded by a 42-acre estate vineyard highly regarded for the quality of its Cabernet Sauvignon. Both our winery building and our vineyard date back to the 1800s, when winemaking pioneers first took advantage of a unique position on the valley floor.
Join us for a tour for four (4) guests. We will treat you to a behind the scenes look at what makes this one of the Cru Properties of Napa Valley. At the end of your tour sit down with us as we taste our award winning wines.
The package includes a magnum (1.5L) of our current release PlumpJack Estate Cabernet Sauvignon signed by winemaker. (Presented at the end of the tour)
Please note: At the time of the auction the current release of the PlumpJack Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is 2015. Here are some tasting notes for this vintage:
"Ripe raspberry and wild black cherry fragrances flow from the glass, followed by wispy notes of blueberry pie, dried sage leaves and vanilla bean. Rich raspberry jam and baked cherry pie tastes take center stage of this dark, structured, full-bodied wine and are chased by secondary flavor components of mint chocolate, iron shavings, blackberry cobbler and French vanilla mocha latte."

Bidder must be at least 21 years old.
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, March 20 to Friday, April 6, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT. (Note that the school will be closed for spring break from March 26 to March 30.) Items not picked up by April 6 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, March 20, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com before March 19 if you plan to pick up.
Shipping: Note that wine shipping laws vary widely from state to state (e.g., shipping to Utah is prohibited).
