The Dailey Method Lamorinda was created by Christine Olson and Kerry Corcoran in partnership with The Dailey Method. Christine, co-owner and manager of the Lamorinda studio, was certified in 2003 under the personal instruction of Jill Dailey McIntosh and began teaching at the Corte Madera studio. She has since taught at various Bay area Dailey Method studios. Christine discovered The Dailey Method years ago as a new mom and instantly fell in love with the thorough and effective one-hour workout, %u201CI practiced yoga for years and never achieved the flexibility I did with The Dailey Method. In addition, the muscle strength, tone and length that The Dailey Method delivered went beyond anything I%u2019d achieved in my years as an avid rock climber and runner!%u201D She is thrilled to share her years of Dailey Method experience, extensive training in yoga, and passion for teaching with her Lamorinda community.
