Inspiritus YogaTM (formerly The Living Well Centers) provides wholistic wellness programs and training, including yoga teacher training and continuing education, yoga instruction, yoga therapy, Thai yoga therapy, Reiki energy healing, Chakra balancing, mindful eating teaching and coaching, yoga and wellness retreats, and workshops and seminars in the areas of wellness and faith/spirituality. Inspiritus YogaTM is based in Tempe, AZ and has three Training Divisions: Southwest(Tempe, AZ), Midwest (Detroit, MI), and Canadian (Esterhazy, SK Canada). 

The Latin word, inspiritus, means in the spirit or in the soft breath. It contains the word for “spiritus” which means breath, spirit, soul, courage, or vigor. It also contains the word “us" which means joined or together. Inspiritus is also the root for the word inspiration and in the creative sense, to be filled with the Muses, the spirit, or God. If you break it down In-Spirit-Us, it is us-in-Spirit, both individually (us to God/the Divine) and collectively (us to each other). Through yoga and wholistic wellness programs, we help people heal, grow, transform, and connect spiritually. 

Yoga is fundamental to what we do and how we do it. The word yoga comes from an ancient word yuj which means to yoke, join or bring together. It is a practice that joins the body, mind, heart, and spirit to bring about health, wellness, and wholeness. The World Health Organization defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." The Alliance Institute of Integrative Medicine defines wellness this way, "We view wellness as much more than just a state of physical health. It also encompasses emotional stability, clear thinking, the ability to love, create, embrace change, exercise intuition and experience a continuing sense of spirituality." 

What is at the center of your wellness?  

We exist to help you discover the answer to that question so that you can be healthy and well, and find wholeness from within. Whatever you place at the center of anything becomes the core, or most central and integral part. To be healthy and well, whatever is at the center or core must be healthy as well because wellness comes from the inside-out. Whatever is at the center forms the foundation and links the whole person together. Many wellness and medical programs treat us in parts. We do not exist in parts, but in whole.  At Inspiritus YogaTM, we acknowledge this and work with the whole person to find true health and wellness.

Winning items are available for pick up Wednesday, April 11 during school hours from the Parent Partnership office.

ALL winning auction items MUST be picked up prior to the end of this school year-items not picked up by the end of this school year will be considered a donation back to the school.
