Item Description
Support young artists by hanging this lithography print by Mina Rakidzic, Resident Artist at Kala Art Institute in Berkeley. This framed piece, Fremont's Link (Chyropilae), is part of a series inspired by Mina's stays in San Francisco. It is from current parents Vladimir and Tatjana Weinstein's private collection.
Born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1991, Mina graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, Serbia and has spent time in San Francisco, which inspired this piece, which is part of a series aout the city.
Sava Stepanov, Art Critic, recently said, "Printmaker, Mina RakidzicÂÂÂÂ has only recently begun her creative adventure. Her recent post-academic works warn us that Mina RakidzicÂÂÂÂ reached relatively early her full awareness of the ontological specificities of printmaking."
