Stephanie Steck-Benthinbeen has been an Anat Baniel Method practitioner for 8 years and completed additional training for the work with children, the elderly and high performers.
Sessions are about 30-45 minutes each during which the client is gently guided through a series of movements, most often lying on a treatment table or sitting on a chair.
The Anat Baniel Method is based on the work of Moshe Feldenkrais, harnessing the power of the brain to change itself. Experience pain relief, increased ease of movement and vitality, better sleep and wellbeing, overcome limitations, improve your performance.
Sessions will take place at Stephaniie's home in Sonoma (unless the client can not travel).
Valid for 12 months (Expiration date is 3/30/2019), though it is recommended to use up all 6 lessons in 6 weeks, closer together is even better.
