Item Description
Local artist Barb Lowe grows the gourds, cleans, stains and stains them to create the lovely vase and flowers arrangement pictured. It is all handmade with each arrangement an original piece of art. Goes well anywhere in a home or business.
Barb Lowe has enjoyed painting in oil and acrylics for many years, having started classes with the famous Chippewa Falls artist Hugh Mandelert in the 1970s.
Recently she has perfected her skills in working with gourds to create wonderful three dimensional flower arrangements made from gourds.
Item Special Note
This item can be picked up at the Heyde Center at the close of the auction or it can be mailed but at the expense of the auction winner. Wisconsin State Sales tax (5.5%) will be added to the winning bid at the time of awarding the items to winners.
