Item Description

This Exquisite double-sided 38" X 77" Sari Bazaar Sari, handmade in India represents courage, worth and empowerment. It has been hand sewn by a woman or young girl in India who's receiving vocational training and is employed by business that pays her fair wages. It is made from a sari once worn by a woman, made by a woman, and flown across the ocean because we believe that she is worth it. That she is worth investing in, That she is worth respect, and That she is worth love.

The sari, valued at $60, was purchased from 200 Main Gallery in Eau Claire and donated by another Heyde Center supporter. 200 Main Gallery showcases artwork, home decor, furnishings, hand-painted pillows and more! It is  gallery and working studio space to view, purchase and gather!
