Item Description
The Preservation Society of Newport County, Rhode Island's largest cultural organization, preserves and protects the best of Newport County's architectural heritage. Its 11 historic properties and landscapes - seven of which are National Historic Landmarks - trace America's architectural and social development from the Colonial era through the Gilded Age. At all of the Newport Mansions, you will find a world of exceptional elegance and inspiration in architecture, art, interior design and landscapes.
Passes are valid for admission to one of the following properties: The Breakers, Chateau-sur-Mer, Chepstow, The Elms, Green Animals, Isaac Bell House, Kingscote, Marble House, Rosecliff, or Hunter House.
Visitors touring The Breakers may listen to the adult or children's audio tours as they walk the same route. Children will learn about fanciful creatures like the friendly dolphin under the grand staircase, the lions in the Music Room, and the dragons in the Dining Room.
Item Special Note
Strollers and carriages are not allowed inside the museums. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
