Gift Certificate for a two-night stay at Steph and Walt's South Lake Tahoe condominium. These two nights may be combined with a longer stay if you choose. Subject to availability. Not valid over Christmas and New Years. $75 refundable security deposit is required. OLIVE FAMILIES ONLY.
Their condo is warm and cozy in the winter and has a pool right outside in the courtyard for the summer months. Located just off of Ski Run Blvd., there is a shuttle that stops right on Ski Run Blvd. that will take you up to Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. They are walking distance to the Ski Run Marina and shopping and just about a mile from the casinos.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, etc., electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig. They have cable TV, DVD player and wireless internet. There is a laundry room just across the courtyard from the unit.
One queen and two double beds. Bring your own linens and towels. (they have linens available if you would like to use them, but they would need to be laundered). They have off street parking, the parking area is plowed regularly. They are located on a quiet, residential street.
This is not a vacation rental, it is their home so they do not have cleaning services. They request that their friends kindly do a general cleaning upon leaving.
Item Special Note
Expires 3/31/19. Items will be available for pick up at Olive Elementary (Shade Structure on Lower Playground) Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, April 3rd - April 5th, 2018 before and after school. Before school from 8:15-8:35 a.m. and after school from 3:00 - 3:15 p.m. (Wednesday, April 4, 2018, after school from 2:00 - 2:15 p.m.) Alternatively, bidder is responsible for shipping and handling fees, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard first class rates.
