Item Description
Come spend a day in the beautiful small town of Augusta Wisconsin with a stop before or after at Weaver's Country Store on Hwy 12 in Fall Creek.
Stop at the Augusta Bakery and spend a $15 Gift Certificate at the 2016 Wisconsin Bakery of the Year. After picking up treats to satisfy your sweet tooth, head out to Augusta Blueberries U-Pick with your gift certificate to pick two pails of the sweetest and largest blueberries around.
Augusta Blueberries; U-Pick Experience; 2 pails of LARGE blueberries at no charge (normally starts in early July) Mid-July through the end of August, Mike and Cathy Weiss's stunningly appointed blueberry farm, just beyond Augusta, is a blueberry lover's best kept secret! To ensure the best experience possible, please check out their FB page or website and give a call. Bring two ice cream pails and your certificate, and Cathy and Mike will steer you to the best picking for the day!
Before heading home, stop by Weaver's Country Store, a specialty grocery store the carries groceries, spices, flours, and other bulk goods. Just a mile eastbound out of Fall Creek, between Fall Creek and Augusta on Highway 12. The $25 Gift Certificate included with this auction item will go a long way at this store that sells items in bulk to minimize packaging and keeps costs down.
Those foods come in many varieties: locally produced cheese, homemade candies and organic peanut butter and cashew butter. However, the Weavers also import foods from elsewhere. For instance, Michigan peaches and blueberries are popular with customers. Plus the store also offers white-and-brown eggs from free-range chickens as well as free-range chicken meat and gluten-free products.
