Both restaurants offer Pollo Al Chipotle, Tacos Al Carbon, and Cochinita Pibil, which has been selected as the "Dish of the Year" (Times Union).
Patty Bermejo-Bhola is a very special person. She comes from a family of five brothers who have been in the restaurant business for nearly 25 years.
