Authentic, Homemade Mexican Food in Albany

$30 Gift Certificate for El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant

The first authentic Mexican restaurant in the Capital Region, El Mariachi has been voted No. 1 for more than 11 years in a row by Metroland's Best of the Capital District's Reader's Poll for Best Mexican 2009, as well as Best Outdoor Dining in 2010. El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant started serving traditional delicious Mexican and Spanish cuisine in the capital region 14 years ago.

The owners of El Mariachi Restaurant are Patty Bermejo-Bhola and Freddie Bhola. Patty Bermejo-Bhola came out of Puebla's beautiful and culture colonial city where the traditional cuisine and outstanding specialties include mole poblano, pipian (a pumpkin seed sauce) and gorditas poblanas. Both restaurants offer Pollo Al Chipotle, Tacos Al Carbon, and Cochinita Pibil, which has been selected as the "Dish of the Year" (Times Union).

Patty Bermejo-Bhola is a very special person. She comes from a family of five brothers who have been in the restaurant business for nearly 25 years.

The listed item is a gift certificate for El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant, with a total retail value of $30.
