Two (2) Nights of R+R for One Person at the World Renowned Kripalu Center

For more than 40 years, Kripalu has been teaching skills for optimal living through education for the whole person: body, mind, heart, and spirit. It is the largest and most established retreat center for yoga, health, and holistic living in North America.

Programs at Kripalu are led by many of the world’s most accomplished teachers in yoga, self-discovery, and holistic health and are designed to provide people with tools they can apply in their daily lives.

R&R packages include:

• Accommodations and Kripalu’s delicious all-natural meals
• Optional Kripalu faculty-led workshops and guided outdoor activities*
• Daily yoga and Kripalu YogaDance®
• Evening events
• Use of amenities: sauna, fitness room, private lakefront beach, walking and hiking trails, and more.
  
  

Accommodations include the standard shared housing (with one other) and a shared hall-bath.

Item Special Note

Two (2) Nights of R+R for One Person at the World Renowned Kripalu Center

Restrictions: Reservations must be arranged prior to your arrival. Contact Patrick O'Connell at (413) 448-3160 and ask that the reservation under SCCC Foundation be changed to the recipient's name. The certificate MUST be presented at check-in. Not usable during the peak months of July, August, October, or on weekends. The certificate may be redeemed Monday through Thursday (holidays excluded).

*Spaces for outdoor activities are limited and require advance sign-up. Please contact Registrations at 800.741.7353 prior to your arrival. 

Gift certificates may be mailed at no additional cost to the winner.

Alternatively, your item can be picked up in-person at Schenectady County Community College. By reducing shipping expenses, you are maximizing the benefit of your donation for our students.
