Item Description
Experience food justice first-hand at the Intervale Center, "Burlington's Central Park." Campers learn about farms, gardens, and Intervale Gleaning and Food Rescue, one of Vermont's fast-growing food access projects. The week culminates with a creative performance created by students based on their learning throughout the camp. In partnership with Intervale.
