Join Aurora parents Dan & Lynn Nice for an intimate sit down wine tasting of Dan’s artisan wine label Revolve. Dan will pour some of his 2012 thru 2015 Revolve Napa and Sonoma red varietal and Rosé wines.
From the winemakers: At Revolve we make wine in small batches by hand, using minimal equipment or mechanization. This creates an intimate connection with our product and allows us the opportunity to adjust conditions on the micro-scale of individual barrels during the most important stages of production. During the crucial days of fermentation, we hand-rotate our barrels throughout each day, checking in on their progress.
Dan & winemaking partner Scott have been making wine together for 10 years. One of their favorite aspects is how the process builds relationships... from the vineyard owners to the grape pickers to our community of friends who jump in so they too can learn about wine making on harvest day or on fast-paced bottling day.
Wine enthusiasts, don’t miss your chance to learn all about the process and the final product straight from the winemaker(s). Join us for this private tasting and hors d’oeuvres at Lynn’s Berkeley Labels boutique location in the nearby Elmwood district.
